1. Requesting a Refund?

Most event owners mark tickets as Non-Refundable, but if you made a mistake, or if there is a medical emergency that prevents you from attending the event, and you cannot transfer the tickets to others, we like to help you with receiving a refund but need to hear back from you at least 2-3 days before the event start date.

2. Receiving a Copy of Ticket Receipt?

You were shown a ticket receipt on the purchase confirmation page AND must have received a ticket confirmation email.

Some people enter their emails wrong, so if you lost your receipt please send us your full name, Correct Email Address and event date and link on our site in this form Click Here so we can send you the correct ticket receipt link.

Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your request.
3. Transferring a Ticket to a Friend or Family Member?

Most events require the purchaser to pick up tickets on event night but if are the purchaser and cannot attend the event and need to transfer the tickets to a different name.

Please share the event link and date, your name (as purchaser) and the transferee name in the form Click Here at least 2-3 days before the event start date.
4. Report a problem with Ticketed Events?

As an online outlet, Kodoom is not responsible for event management and execution, however, if you experience any major issues with your admission to the event or with the event itself (such as false advertisement), as per Ticket Terms, you have 24 hours to report the problem and send us the details through Contact form so we can process your request.

If you are asking for any refunds, your request must be documented with proof of grievance.
