An Atlanta attorney was indicted for killing a man who may have hit his Mercedes Benz with a golf ball, the district attorney's office said. Bryan Schmitt, 48, was indicted by a grand jury on charges of murder, felony murder and aggravated assault in the death of 60-year-old Hamid Jahangard, Fulton County District Attorney Paul L.
