Persian Cardio Dance Workshop May 23rd 11am-1pm
Persian Cardio Dance workshop consists of movements inspired by Persian dance moves performed to range of lively Persian music. This high-energy aerobics class based on Iranian modern and folkloric dances such as Azeri, Kurdish and Bandari dances and participants experienced the masculine flavors of these wildly popular and spirited dances. The class started with a warm up, and then moved through 13-15 routines, which vary in intensity and style. Modern and traditional dance steps are blended with basic fitness moves so everyone can participate and it would be easy to follow. Such as other aerobics fitness classes, the music played in this class is energetic which motivates the participants to move, workout and burn calories. The workshop finishes with a cool down and stretches to bring the heart rate down and relax the muscles.
