US condemns storming of British embassy in Iran
WASHINGTON – The White House says the U.S. condemns in the strongest terms the storming of the British Embassy in Tehran. In a statement, the White House says Iran has a responsibility to protect the diplomatic missions in its country. The U.S. is urging Iran to condemn the incident, prosecute the offenders and ensure that no other incidents occur at either the British Embassy or any other mission in Iran.
