A $20 Billion discrepancy on Iran's official oil export figures
According to Etemad there is a more than $20 Billion discrepancy between official oil and gas export figures for the 2005-2008 period, as released by Iran's Central Bank and The Oil Ministry. Central Bank puts this figure at $279 Billion while Oil Ministry lists it as $256 Billion. Earlier we had reported a 1.5 Billion liter discrepancy in official figures from Iranian government on Iranian gasoline imports.
